Matt Sadat is the owner and CEO of Liberty Business Advisors. Under his leadership the company has grown to become a prominent and highly respected business advisory and brokerage firm. Matt has personally owned and operated 33 businesses and is highly sought after globally as both a business seminar instructor and motivational speaker for universities, corporations, and organizations including the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Matt earned his degree in Engineering from San Francisco State University and his Juris Doctorate in law from John F. Kennedy University. His education, expertise, and vast experience enable Matt to more fully comprehend the complex needs of both Sellers and Buyers and to impart his wisdom and guidance to all our Liberty Business Advisors team members.


Lee Mullinax is Managing Broker for Liberty Business Advisors. Over his 40 year career in the Real Estate industry, Lee has provided consulting, marketing, and sales services for commercial, mixed-use, condominium, resort, master plan, and hotel projects in dozens of major markets throughout North America. With more than $3 Billion marketed and sold to date, Lee applies his extensive knowledge and experience to help our Agents and our Clients navigate through obstacles and find creative solutions in our constantly changing market environment.

A native of the SF Bay Area, Lee attended California State University at Chico. Over his career he has held senior sales management positions with such major corporations as Bell & Howell, American Invsco, Coldwell Banker, Grupo Situr, and Prudential California Realty.


Lili Santoso serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Liberty Business Advisors from our Walnut Creek office where she oversees Escrow Management, Advertising, CA BRE Compliance, and company operations. Lili worked as a controller for 5 Restaurants in the SF Bay Area before opening her own Restaurant in 1999. She was chosen as the Business Person of the Year and received the Employer of the Year award from the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce in 2000.

In 2021 Lili earned recognition from the U.S. House of Representatives for retaining employees with developmental disabilities. She received her BA in Industrial Management from the London School of Economics and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Human Behavior.


Mike Panoussi is Managing Partner with Liberty Business Advisors for our Los Angeles office. Over his 20+ year career, Mike has achieved over $100 Million in sales. He has successfully opened and sold numerous franchise restaurants including Baja Fresh, Robeks Juice, Salad Farm, Z Pizza, Subway, Fat Burger, Nick N Willy’s, Jiffy Lube, and Circle K as well as a wide variety of other businesses including Wireless Cell Phone Stores, Nail and Hair Salons, Surgery Centers, Medical and Dental Practices, Law Firms, Gas Stations and Car Washes.

Mike has been a proud member of the International Business Broker Association since 2016 and has received the IBBA Deal Maker Award and Chairman’s Circle Award 3 years in a row and was chosen as part of the 40 under 40 Honoree for the greater Los Angeles area


PJ Randhawa is Managing Partner with Liberty Business Advisors in our Dublin office. PJ has generated over $200 Million in sales to date representing the Owners of Gas Stations, Liquor Stores, Convenience Stores, Franchise Fast Food Restaurants, Shopping Centers, Apartment Buildings, and Self Storage facilities. For the past 19 years PJ has focused on helping Sellers and Buyers with the challenges and complexities involved in business sales and acquisitions.

PJ has extensive first-hand experience in all phases of business operations including having personally owned and operated more than a dozen small businesses. He has earned his IT Certification and received awards for Top Producer, Million Dollar Club and Team Player.


Jim Hole is Managing Partner with Liberty Business Advisors in our Roseville office. With more than 25 years experience as a commercial real estate broker, Jim has generated over $100 Million in sales transactions within a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, land and multifamily projects. Jim and his team are strategically located in Placer County enabling them to provide comprehensive brokerage services to Sellers and Buyers within the greater Sacramento area and throughout Northern California.
