Sales Associate Opportunity

Since our founding in 2003, Liberty Business Advisors (LBA) has grown from a localized San Francisco Bay Area firm to seven brokerage offices located throughout California. We are experiencing increased demand for our advisory and brokerage services and in response we are expanding our operations to include a network of offices strategically located throughout California. In order to accomplish our goal we are offering a unique opportunity for those qualified to earn substantial commission income as a licensed Sales Associate with our firm.

This position is ideal for someone who is financially motivated, has self-discipline, strong communication skills, and a little creativity. If these attributes accurately describe you, then you might be a good candidate to join our Liberty Business Advisors team.

LBA’s innovative marketing and sales approach enables our LBA Sales Associates to provide advisory and brokerage services to a wide variety of small to medium-sized businesses (valuation of $500,000 to $5,000,000) throughout California. Our established Sales Associates typically earn from $100,000 to $200,000 per year with our top Sales Associates earning over $500,000 annually.

In order to become successful a Sales Associate must possess a thorough understanding of how small business functions and be able to provide our business owner clients with valuable advice and consultation. A Sales Associate must recognize that the quality of the service we provide to our clients is the true measure of our worth and that the compensation we earn is a byproduct of that service.

Basic Requirements

In order for a candidate to meet LBA’s basic requirements to become a Sales Associate, that candidate should possess some or all of the following:

  • Extensive first-hand experience either owning and successfully operating a small to medium sized business or managing that business, or
  • Demonstrated success as a licensed sales associate or broker in commercial real estate, or
  • Have a college degree, preferable in business or finance. An MBA, law degree, or other advanced degree is a major plus.
  • Exceptional talent, communication skills, leadership ability, and business acumen.
