The location is Apple Authorized – The Business became an Apple authorized parts provider at this location and has access to 100% genuine iPhone batteries and displays. They have access to all the Apple GSX software etc. and do the repairs to the same spec Apple does in store. There are only 3 options for this kind of service in Simi Valley now: Best Buy, Assurion, & CPR. The Business also has the option to do the screen repairs with aftermarket screens too if the customer prefers.
